Lady Gaga...waxes poetic @ Madame Tussaud's! Pop Icon likeness unveiled!

The ever-popular - at-times terribly scandalous Pop Icon Lady Gaga - will saunter onto the world stage as a permanent fixture at Madame Tussaud's Museum this weekend.

In fact, her sculpted wax figure will be trotted out across the globe from the exotic far-east climbs of Hong Kong to the glitzy Las Vegas strip.

At press time, there hasn't been a whiff of insider scoop, on the fashionable threads that will ultimately grace the Monster Queen's luscious bod, though.

Can we expect the infamous meat smock to adorn the Pop Diva's Divine likeness?

Ozzy Osbourne....plays wicked joke on fans! "Scream" album promo...

Fans of Ozzy  Osbourne got quite a shock when they plunked themselves down on the lap of what they thought was a wax likeness of the legendary Rock 'n Roller at Madame Tussauds and it suddenly sprang to life!

The frightened museum guests jumped up in shock and scurried away to a safe haven to try to fathom the eerie phenomenon.

As it turns out, management removed the Ozzy  Osbourne wax dummy from its resting place, so that the Pop Icon could step into the display case and play a joke on fans as part of a promo for his new album "SCREAM".

If the aging Lothario was keen on rustling up blood-curling screams, he accomplished that feat in spades.

Rock on, Ozzy!

Robert Pattinson...Madame Tussaud's wax figure life-like! Fans ecstatic...

Today, the wax museum unvieled their spanking new likeness of Twilight star, Robert Pattinson.

Gosh, what a well-tooled piece of work!

The sculpture ain't bad, either.

I expect fans will be dashing off to catch the celebrity attraction at Madame Tussaud's in the heart of New York City (Times Square).

The figure took four hours to craft at a staggering cost of $220,000.

The wax dummy features the Twilight heart-throb with infamous "do" and outfitted in a casual stylish ensemble consisting of a chic t-shirt open at the collar and skinny straight-legged trousers.

No, Mom jeans for the Twilight hunk, dudes!

By the way, Tussaud's has no qualms about ticket-holders touching their celebrity look-a-likes.

So, if you're inclined to plant a big kiss on his pretty face - or run your fingers through his lustrous locks -  you go girls (and boys!).

See 'ya there!

Barack Obama...wax dummy! Las Vegas unveils Prez look-a-like...

The powers-that-be in Las Vegas appear to have taken a sly dig at the President on the heels of his last outspoken comments about the desert's Sin city which caused an uproar for the second time in the past year.

If you recall, I penned  a post on the controversy a short while ago, which arose when Obama urged Americans to save their funds for College tuition rather than spend it like a drunken sailor in the Nevada oasis.

Understandably, the remarks sparked a furor.

After all, Las Vegas - in particular - has been hurting from high unemployment and a downturn in tourism due to a struggling economy.

In view of the foregoing,  one has to wonder about the timeliness of the installation of the wax dummy of Barack Obama, at Madame Tussaud's Museum on the strip.

A hint that the President deserves a place of honor in the "dummy" ranks?

Obama is expected to visit the resort area - to make amends? - in the near future.

Will he have the gumption to inspect his - um - likwise?

Whoopi Goldberg..."Dummy" at Wax Museum better-dressed than View star!

A manly apparition on the "View"

As I strolled past the wax museum on my way to the Venetian Hotel, I was taken aback when I spied Whoopi Goldberg's "Dummy" propped up out front of the museum for all the tourists to take a gander at.

The wax rendering was better-dressed than Ms. Goldberg has ever managed to be!

Heh, Whoopi, you've got to charter a wide-load bus and zip on down to Vegas to rustle up some fashion tips from the curator.

Those clown outfits you've been wearing on the "View" - with the padded shoulders, wild zany ties, and offbeat shoes - have gotta go!
