Victoria Beckham...bouncing girl expected! Soccer stud thrilled!

Stylish couple spawning pretty girl tot!

Beckham's twin boys will have a pretty bundle of joy to gush over in their tony digs - wherever that ends up being, of course - either on the West Coast in trendy LA LA LAND or back across the pond in jolly old England.

Uh-huh!

Becks is still hankering to kick ball in the European leagues!

Lately, though, the hip expectant tattoed Dad has been beside himself about the sexual identity of the upcoming addition to the Beckham household - so the docs were asked to spill-the-beans - about the oh-so-highly anticipated birth on the horizon.

Now that the word is out, no doubt, Victoria Beckham will be splurging on frilly pretty things for the tot!

Just betcha, Posh has a few sketches on the drawing boards for a line of designer kiddie outfits for the soon-to-be babe-in-arms, as my tongue wags away and tattles all this very moment!

David Beckham...anxious to return to Premier League across Pond!

David Beckham's on-again off-again love affair with Los Angeles - and the local Galaxy Soccer team - continues.

But, for his fellow team mates, it all amounts to a big yawn.

It is no secret that Becks is anxious to return to the Premier League once his five-year contract with Galaxy goes kaput!

The ultimate aim is a loftier one, though.

In the event that coach Fabio Capello and the Euro team qualify for the quadrennial Championship matches (to be co-hosted by Poland & the Ukraine), Becks is set on joining forces with a gang of athletes he's comfortable with on the playing field.

Meanwhile, Spurs Coach Harry Redknapp noted for the record in recent days that he's keen on signing the high-profile soccer darling, once his contractual obligations are met elsewhere.

So, the handsome stud may be sitting pretty, contrary to what management at Galaxy may think.

Meanwhile, Beckham has been spied at trendy watering holes overseas, fashionably attired.

Can't beat the hottie's style, that's for sure, tattoos and all!

Later!

Victoria Beckham...mystery of implants solved! Baby makes four!

The tongues started to wag wildly when Victoria Beckham's handlers announced that the Pop Diva - the soccer stud's wife - was having her breast implants removed.

Were the body-building bust enhancers leaking or posing a potential health hazzard?

In the midst of a wave of frenzied speculation - Beck's better-half finally spilled the beans to all within earshot - over what must have been a very long weekend.

The pretty couple are expecting their fourth child.

A bundle of joy isn't so foreboding now, is it?

More like a welcome gaggle of giggles.

Congrats to Posh Spice and Becks!

David Beckham...soccer injury sidelines soccer stud! Grim-faced & on the mend...

David Beckam has been spotted limping about the empty soccer field grim-faced on crutches.

Publicity shots captured by the ever-intrusive paparazzi have painted a dismal picture, too!

Becks is not a happy puppy!

Beckham underwent surgery recently in Finland on the heels of learning that he totally tore his achilles heel during a tumble on the field in a match against Chievo when he was on loan to AC Milan.

According to his physcian - Dr. Sakari Orava - the soccer star won't be able to run for at least four months.

In spite of the fact the foot won't take much strain over the next few weeks the prognosis is good.

Just betcha the ever-resilient Beckham will rise up from the ashes like a phoenix!

Many have whispered that Becks may be all washed up, but team mates at Galaxy - where his bread is amply buttered - have rallied in his corner.

"David remains an important player for the Galaxy and we look forward to welcoming him back and assisting in his recovery," stated General Manager Bruce Arena to a posse of curious reporters in recent days.

Barring some unsightly social disease, the sports icon should be able to rustle up endorsements for an underwear ad or two, while he is on the mend.

You go, stud!

David Beckham..broke world record for Butterfly? Hangs up cleets...

Water sports new kick for Becks

Oh boy, folks on Twitter must have shaken their heads in disbelief overnight, when they caught site of a caption in a tweet that boldly screamed out:

"David Beckham breaks world record for the Butterfly Stroke relay!"

Quite an athletic feat, alright.

No wonder the media darling wasn't in the sweaty locker-room lately rough-housing with Galaxy soccer studs.

Unpredictable Becks must has been off boning up on his butterfly stroke at the local "Y".

Uh-huh!

I was stunned, too, when I spied the caption touting Beckham's skills in water sports.

The snippet was almost as intriguing as the expose published on Zimbio at dusk last night which hinted at an alleged love affair between superstar Tom Cruise - and uninhibited Becks - who appears to have a kinky underwear fetish.

What would Scientologists make of these odd bedfellows, do 'ya think?

Curious twitter folks who clicked on the Beckham link were doubly surprised, no doubt, when the post they were transported to at breakneck speed was a news flash about Olympic Gold Medalist - Michael Phelps - who broke the world record for the "Butterfly Stroke" relay at the U.S. Competitions in Indianapolis Thursday, July 9th (2009).

The post - on the Phelps breaking news penned (by MOI) shortly before I logged off around 7 o'clock last evening - was published on three web sites with a correct caption and an accurate reference to Michael Phelps.

As fate would have it, during a google search bright and early this morning, I stumbled across the bizarre caption, unexpectedly.

Needless to say, I was a little shaken (and stirred into action) by the glitch.

Uh-huh.

Today, I am scratching my head.

Did some gremlin, or mischievous hacker on the Internet, tamper with the twitter caption for reasons heretofore unknown?

Or, was it a sign?

Although sentient beings vainly imagine they are in control - especially with regard to intelligent machines created to better mankind's lot - it's crystal clear the unexpected may occur at any given moment and underscore with certainty - that is truly not the case.

Albert Einstein once opined:

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious."

Phelps, like Becks, into provocative posing!

David Beckham...sexy underwear model returns to LA LA Land! Play Ball, dude...

Will Galaxy fans be treated to eye-candy this season?

A gang of blood-thirsty "Bulls" are chomping at the bit to best naughty soccer stud - David Beckham - when he saunters into the spotlight next week with a mischievous grin on his face.

What, me miss a game?

Team Captain, Landon Brandon, won't be coy with the truant soccer stud, however.

He's got a bone to pick with Becks, after all.

The slightly-peaked media Darling eeked out of seventeen (count 'em, dudes!) games this season with slippery ease.

To the powers-that-be in the head office, he was thumbing his nose at 'em, during the no-shows.

And, Beck's retort from across the big pond?

I'm nobody's houseboy, 'ya know!

The high-profile athelete wasn't going to let a nasty locker-room brawl cramp his style.

No, sir!

Actually, Donovas has been pi**ed because - in his words - he got no respect.

"He just mailed it in during the latter half of the 2008 MLS season".

While Donovan ranted and raved to the press non-stop, with little discretion, Beckam continued on his merry way.

The soccer whiz dazzled 'em on the field in jolly Old England, for starters.

And, pulled his weight with AC Milan.

As to the dog-fight on these shores - well - the gloves are on.

A knock-out punch may be in the offing if Donovan continues with the "bad mouthing" in the press.

In a book due out this week, an author noted that the star-player's alleged inability or unwillingness to fire up a team in a free-fall surprised cry-baby, Donovan.

Without any qualms Donovan allegedly lamented:

"It's disappointing, candidly, because you just want to see a heartbeat, a pulse."

Ouch!

Boys behaving badly, uh-huh!

Sports writers - players, too- are placing sizeable bets in the locker rooms.

Is the strong-willed spoiled sport inclined to tag along with Galaxy in spite of Donovan's abuse?

Or, exercise a buy-out option in his lucrative five-year contract to rejoin AC Milan?

Smart money is on Becks and the Euro trash, folks!

David Beckam...where are you? Get your a** back home!

Is the writing on the wall or what?

Well, it appears that the bloom is off the rose!

Has Beckham turned sour on the Golden State and the soccer team that scooped him up a couple of years ago in one of the most lucrative (and ballyhooed) sports deals in recent history?

As the hours tick away, it appears doubtful Galaxy owners will release Becks from his contract now.

In fact, end of last week, management announced to the press that their star soccer player (and King of media hype) will remain on these shores - in spite of Beckham's desire to hunker down in Italy - and despite frenzied hoopla over a recent stint with AC Milan that resurrected his career a tad.

No follow-up offer has been forthcoming from Milan, though, after Galaxy rejected their last low-ball offer.

The mid-fielder was particularly vocal this past week about jumping ship, after Italy helped spark his International career and made it possible for the thirty-something athelete to earn his 108th cap for England against Spain on Wednesday (which was a record for a non-goal-keeper).

Galaxy takes the position that they have been as gracious and courteous as possible to Becks as they could be, but insist, it is time to move on.

According to Tim Leiweke, President of the Galaxy's parent company, the ongoing drama has become a "distraction" and needs to be put to bed to satisfy sponsors, fans, and ticket-holders in the throes of purchasing season-tickets.

In the final analysis, owners are under the impression that AC Milan is just using David and Galaxy.

"We're not going to play that game anymore."

They're going to play ball, instead!
